K.S. Venkatesh, MD, FRCS(C), FACS, FASCRS
Dr. Venkatesh is the founder and senior member of the grou. He has served the Phoenix/Tri-City area for the last 30 years. He received his undergraduate and medical education in Madras, India. He underwent general surgery training at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI followed by colorectal surgery training at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. Dr. Venkatesh has been present in Phoenix for the past 30 years and has received numerous awards and honors for excellence in his field and in the care of his patients. He is board certified in general surgery and colorectal surgery.

Robert Campbell, MD, FACS, FASCRS
Dr. Campbell joined the practice in 2004. He received his undergraduate degree from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN and his medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, OH. He underwent training in gerneral surgery at Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, IN and then speciality training in colorectal surgery at the Colon and Rectal Clinic of Orlando in Orlando, FL. He is board certified in general surgery and colorectal surgery.

Krishna A. Venkatesh, MD, FACS, FASCRS
Dr. Venkatesh joined the practice in 2010. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from Creighton University. He underwent general surgery training at Parkland Health and Hospital Systems in Dallas, TX. Dr. Venkatesh received specialized colon and rectal surgery training at St. Francis Hospital and Medical Center in Hartford, CT. Dr. Venkatesh is board certified in general surgery and colorectal surgery.

Melanie D. DeYoung, PA-C
Melanie DeYoung joined Tri-City Colo-Rectal Surgery in 2022. She is a board-certified Physician Assistant who practices alongside our colorectal surgeons to provide patient care in the office, assist in surgery, and help facilitate patient care. Melanie received her Bachelor's degree from San Diego State University in 2000 and went on to University of Alabama at Birmingham for her training as a Physician Assistant. She has been practicing as a Physician Assistant specializing in surgery since 2003.
