Melanie DeYoung, PA-C

Melanie DeYoung, PA-C, is an experienced, board-certified Physician Assistant who specializes in anorectal disorders at Tri-City Colo-Rectal Surgery in Gilbert, Arizona. She’s been at the practice since 2022 but has more than two decades of experience. Melanie works alongside the colorectal surgeons, offering exceptional care throughout patient journeys.  

She received her bachelor’s degree at San Diego State University in California and completed her advanced Physician Assistant training at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Melanie’s compassionate, welcoming demeanor puts patients at ease during their in-office visits. 

She facilitates patient care plans, streamlining processes associated with outpatient care, pre-surgery, surgical procedures, and post-surgery follow-up visits. 

Melanie enjoys customizing patient treatments that provide symptom relief, a reduced risk of gastrointestinal complications, and the best quality of life possible. She loves spending time with family and friends when she’s not caring for her patients at Tri-City Colo-Rectal Surgery.
